Delivery Policy and Deadline

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time is 2 to 8 weeks after the payment confirmation date. However, our orders are generally delivered within an average of 25 days.
The delivery period is calculated from the payment confirmation date on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Once the purchase is confirmed, the order will be processed, which will take 1 to 10 days depending on demand. Rest assured, 97% of orders ship within 3 business days.

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5-15 business days (Shipping Fee: $5.99)

Expedited Shipping: 3-6 business days (Shipping Fee: $12.99)

Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (Shipping Fee: $19.99)

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $40.

For international orders, shipping fees are calculated based on destination and weight.

 

How can I track my order?
You can track it using the tracking code sent to your registered email address.
Since shipping is international, the tracking code may take 3 to 10 days to show the current shipment status.

Couriers take 3 to 10 days to enter international tracking codes into the system, so if your tracking code doesn't work, please be patient and try again later.

Will I be charged customs duties?
No, you won't.

I received my product, but it's incomplete:
Generally, when your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately, as we use different distribution channels. You may receive the items on different dates. So don't worry if you don't receive all the items in your order at once—they will arrive.

Will I receive the product at my home address?
Yes, most orders are delivered to the shipping address.
However, you may need to pick up your order at your local post office in cases where the address cannot be located or there have been multiple failed delivery attempts (the address is inaccessible).
We ask that you track your order using the tracking code we provided in your email so that it isn't returned to the sender if it's waiting for pickup for an extended period of time.
NOTE: Please make sure the shipping address on file is correct.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Most orders ship the next day.
Please email us the day you placed your order so we can update your address before it ships.
We cannot make any corrections after the order has shipped.

The tracking shows that the item has been delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Ask the residents of your home. They may have accepted the order and you don't know it yet.
You can also contact your local post office. Sometimes, the tracking code indicates that the item has been delivered while the order is still at the local post office, and delivery may have been delayed and will be made the next day.
Also, check your mailbox for any notifications from the carrier. If there was a failed delivery attempt, they will leave a notification informing you of the incident and providing guidance on how to deliver your order.
We can only provide a refund if the order is lost in transit, meaning if your order has no tracking updates 60 days after the shipping date. Orders that have been delivered will not be refunded.

What are the shipping rates?
We have a flat rate of $5.99 for all destinations worldwide.
To which countries do you ship?

How can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are only permitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the day the order is placed. You can contact us at mensgogo@hotmail.com to request such changes.
Can I ship to a different address than my card's billing address?
Yes, this is possible.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
