Order Acceptance
● When you enter your personal details, payment information, and submit an order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the order. This email only confirms that the order has been received and does not represent that the order has been accepted. When we send you an email to confirm that the goods have been dispatched, your order has been accepted, and the contract between you and us is complete. The contract only includes the products listed in the confirmation email sent when the goods leave the factory.
We reserve the right to accept orders at any time and for any reason. Reasons include, but are not limited to, one of the following situations:
a) The products you ordered are out of stock or have been recalled because they do not meet our quality standards, or because some or all of the products you ordered do not meet shipping restrictions.
b) We find that the price or description of the product is incorrect.
c) We are unable to obtain payment authorization.

If there is a problem with your order, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery and Collection
When you place an order on the website, you will receive a reminder about the estimated delivery time. Our team will endeavor to complete delivery within the specified time, but we cannot guarantee that the products will be delivered to you within the specified time.
We guarantee all orders during the transportation process until the goods are delivered or collected. When you collect the goods, you must sign the receipt. After signing the receipt, you are responsible for the goods. If the person collecting the goods is not the original purchaser, or if the gift has been delivered, you accept the signature of the aforementioned person as proof of delivery and indicate that we have completed your order and that you accept the transfer of responsibility.
